"Recently, I upgraded my carry-on, I had a S cure I purchased with an 81cm Samosnite several years ago, both have been excellent. However, of late, I have been taking more 3/4 day trips and in most cases the 55 has been checked in. The new Essens checkin is perfect for both worlds, as lighter than the S cure. If you take out one of the shells it fits 2 suits and 4 bus shirts, excellent quality and made well."

"I bought one bag from Samsonite from the store the one Bangkok. Within five months I got it repaired twice because the zip had a problem. When I took it for the third time I asked for the refund or for the new Bag. After around eight weeks, they decided to give me voucher of the full amount which I had bought that bag earlier. So I was happy with that and then I used that voucher by ordering a samsonite bag online. I received it very fast and in a very good condition. So I’m thankful to the management team who agreed to issue me this voucher."

Love it

"Is it possible to fall in love with a suitcase? I love this case. Its deceptive- it looks small but has the capacity for a month's worth of clothing. Its incredibly light. And even smaller than the dimensions specified for carry on. I recently took it on a short trip and was amazed. Highly reccomend the look, feel and usefulness."

"The Samsonite sale was advertised on FB. I need to upgrade my fabric luggage to waterproof material. The Samsonite website had many good choices, including the Black Label series. The SBL Major Lite Spinner 69cm was my choice, very good price with discount. I dropped it into my cart but didn't complete the transaction. The next day, Samsonite sent an email to remind me of my choice luggage. Amazing marketing! After purchase, email confirmations followed. The luggage I bought arrive 4 working days. I am very pleased with the luggage"

Upgrade for 20+ year old Samsonite

"It was time for an upgrade on a till going from over 20 years ago Samsonite hard shell. Still good but heavy compared to current options and only 2 wheels. This is lightweight, looks god and comes with matching packing cells - extremely good value especially as on sale. I only buy Samsonite after they recently not only repaired an over 10 years ago old bag when our national carrier trashed the wheels but also fixed things I did not know were wrong with it. Not many brands repair items any more which is so wasteful. Excellent customer service on the phone or in person, cannot recommend enough."
