The Samsonite loyalty program is for loyal customers who shop with the brand regularly and are hence rewarded for the same with exclusive offers and other exciting benefits. The program comes with 4 tiers of memberships - Prima, Elite, Ultima, Black.
Prima and Elite come with a lifetime membership while Ultima and Black are valid for one year each. If the conditions of a specific tier you are in are not met after the 1-year tenure, you will be downgraded to the lower tier.
By meeting the following tier-specific requirements:
Prima - Lifetime Membership (For all registered users), and you will be upgraded automatically to the respective tier as long as your purchases satisfies the necessary criteria
Elite - For spends less than Rs. 20,000 in a membership year
Ultima - When spends in a membership year are between Rs. 20,000 and Rs. 39,999
Black - When spends in a membership year are Rs. 40,000 and above
Once you are a member of the program, you will receive information regarding personalised benefits along with respective coupon codes via email, that can be availed.
You simply need to register with the Samsonite Loyalty Program to become a happy member. Further, to avail exclusive benefits, you’ll need to make a purchase and enter the Elite tier!
One will directly be assigned to Black tier if he/she purchases Rs. 40,000 within the membership year.
The validity period of the Membership is for twelve (12) months from the date of joining (for Samsonite Prima) or date of upgrade.
If a mid-tier member makes a purchase that satisfies the necessary criteria that needs to be met to get upgraded, their tier will be upgraded automatically after an escrow period of 7 days.
Once you make the purchase and meet the criteria required for an upgrade, the tier upgrade will reflect in your account after an escrow period of 7 days.
